Submitting Camera-Ready Scripts
Congratulations on your paper being accepted into the IWQoS 2007 technical
program. The IWQoS 2007 Proceedings will be printed by the IEEE Communications
Society, and will also be automatically included into the searchable
IEEExplore Digital Library archive.
Please pay special attention to the following steps to prepare
and submit your camera-ready manuscript.
NOTE: IEEE has changed its submission
guideline from last year. Please go to IEEE Conference eXpress website
for instruction on how to prepare and upload the IEEE compliant
camera-ready version. You are submitting the source file (.doc or
.dvi for latex) and IEEE will generate the PDF for your approval.
IEEE Conference eXpress Website is located at http://www.ieee.org/conferencepublishing
and please use the conference ID
iwqos07 to login.
Using the standard IEEE transactions template, each regular paper
accepted in IWQoS 2007 is allowed 9 pages in the proceedings,
up to 2 pages can be purchased at a charge of $50 per extra page. Each
short paper is allocated 4 pages, and up to 2 extra pages can
be purchased at a charge of US $50 per extra page.
After you upload your final paper and approve the PDF, a link will
appear in your IEEE eXpress account: Submit Copyright" that enables
you to complete the IEEE e(electronic)Copyright form. When you receive
your confirmation email after completing the electronic form (by
selecting Submit), you will NOT need to fax or mail a paper copyright
form.
CRITICAL: You must upload the final version of your source file and
complete the copyright transfer no later than May 7, 2007, noon
EDT. If you fail to comply, the paper will be dropped from the
program. NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE.
